The Airtec Mod. 412 hydropneumatic riveter is a powerful and reliable compressed air tool, designed by Airtec Srl for the quick and safe fastening of standard aluminum and copper blind rivets on sheet metal, profiles and industrial assembly structures.

  • 1,248 kg Pull Force and 18.5 mm Stroke: Delivers a high breakout force of 1,248 kg and a useful stroke of 18.5 mm for uniform rivet closure with a single pulse.
  • Rivet capacity from 2.4 to 6.4 mm: suitable for placing standard aluminium or copper blind rivets in diameters 2.4 - 3.2 - 4.0 - 4.8 and 6.4 mm.
  • Ergonomic Pistol Grip (2.10 kg): well-balanced 255 mm long body designed to ensure maximum comfort of use during serial riveting cycles.

The high-performance hydropneumatic riveter Airtec Mod. 412 (Code 16044100) represents the benchmark tool in the Airtec riveting tool line for intensive fastening jobs in carpentry, body shops, and workshops. Designed for the rapid installation of standard aluminum and copper blind rivets, it ensures consistent mechanical strength and high execution speed.

The tool operates at a recommended operating pressure of 6.2 bar via a 1/4" NPT inlet connection and a 6 mm internal diameter supply hose, recording an average air consumption of only 2.0 liters per second. With a low sound pressure level of 78 dB(A) and a vibration level of less than 2.5 m/s², it ensures high standards of safety and comfort for the operator. . Note: The tool is designed for standard blind rivets and is not suitable for setting high-power bulb rivets or high-shear strength bolt rivets.
