1 HP High Power Straight-Axial Extended Air Grinder with 3mm and 6mm Collets Airtec Model 265 (P/N 13200065).

The Airtec Mod. 265 extended pneumatic grinder is a high-performance compressed air tool (1 HP / 0.75 kW), designed by Airtec Srl to carry out heavy-duty and continuous grinding, deburring, milling and deep grinding operations inside pipes, cavities and complex metal structures.

  • Extended Performance Shaft and Lightweight (0.98 kg): elongated structure with an overall length of 332 mm which guarantees accessibility in deep points while maintaining optimal balance.
  • High Power Pneumatic Motor (1 HP / 0.75 kW): develops high torque at a no-load speed of 18,000 rpm at 6.2 bar operating pressure for fast and consistent material removal.
  • Double Collet Supplied (Ø 3 mm and Ø 6 mm): Supplied as standard with both the 6 mm and 3 mm collet for the flexible use of milling cutters and rotary cutters.
  • Air Regulator and Swivel Connection: Equipped with an integrated flow regulator on the body, rear air exhaust and anti-kink swivel air inlet connection.

Technical Features and Performance of the Airtec Mod. 265 Grinder

The extended compressed air grinder Airtec Mod. 265 (Code 13200065) represents the ideal professional solution for mechanical workshops, heavy carpentry shops and pipe fitters who need the power of a 1 HP motor to operate inside narrow ducts or casings. The long neck combined with the interchangeable 3 and 6 mm collets offers maximum flexibility for finishing internal weld seams and contoured surfaces.

Powered at a recommended operating pressure of 6.2 bar via a 1/4" BSPT air inlet fitting and a 10 mm internal diameter hose, it records an average air consumption of 14 liters per second. The piped rear exhaust and anti-twist swivel joint ensure maximum comfort during extended work cycles.
