The Airtec Mod. 275 extended pneumatic grinder is a highly efficient and powerful compressed air tool (0.55 HP / 0.41 kW), designed by Airtec Srl to carry out grinding, deburring, milling and finishing operations in depth inside pipes, cavities, casings and points that are difficult to reach with traditional straight models.

  • Extended Shaft and Balanced Weight (1.20 kg): elongated structure with an overall length of 338 mm which allows you to work at a safe distance and at depth.
  • 0.55 HP (0.41 kW) 22,000 RPM Pneumatic Motor: ensures a high no-load speed of 22,000 RPM at 6.2 bar operating pressure for rapid and uniform material removal.
  • Integrated Spindle Lock System: Quickly change accessories by simply squeezing and rotating the front cover of the machine.
  • Air Regulator and Swivel Connection: Equipped with an integrated flow regulator on the body, rear air exhaust and anti-kink swivel air inlet connection.

Technical Features and Performance of the Airtec Mod. 275 Grinder

The Airtec Mod. 275 compressed air extended grinder (Code 13200075) is the ideal professional tool for mold makers, carpenters, mechanical workshops, and pipe fitters who need to work inside complex structures or ducts. The use of the long neck combined with the push/rotate spindle locking system makes changing rotary cutters and grinders quick and easy, even during construction site work.

Powered at a recommended pressure of 6.2 bar via a 1/4" BSPT threaded connection and a recommended 10 mm internal diameter hose, it averages 9.3 litres of air per second. The standard 6 mm collet accepts carbide burrs and abrasive grinders, with the option of an optional 3 mm collet for micro-finishing work.
