The Airtec Mod. 203 hexagonal pneumatic hammer kit is a high-power compressed air tool engineered by Airtec Srl for heavy-duty muffler removal, nut cutting, thin sheet metal cutting, rust removal and workshop chiselling work.

  • High Impact Power (9.2 Joules) and 2,500 Blows/min: delivers high energy blows (9.2 Joules) at a rate of 2,500 blows per minute at 6.2 bar pressure thanks to the hardened steel piston and the high quality steel cylinder.
  • Dual Anti-Vibration Elastomer Pads: Advanced shock and vibration absorption system designed to reduce operator fatigue during prolonged use.
  • Multi-Port Direct Front Exhaust: directs airflow to the front to remove debris, dust and shavings from the work area and the user.
  • Complete Set with 5 Chisels Instead of One: Supplied in a complete kit with 5 chisels with 10mm hex shank, retaining spring and retainer.

The Airtec Mod. 203 hex shank pneumatic chipping hammer kit (Code 14000045) represents the high-performance solution developed by Airtec Srl for body shops, mechanical workshops, and industrial maintenance. The combination of the reinforced steel cylinder and the hardened piston ensures maximum impact efficiency and high wear resistance.

Powered at a recommended operating pressure of 6.2 bar via a 1/4" BSPT threaded connection and an 8 mm internal diameter hose, the tool records an average air consumption of 7.5 liters per second. The presence of double elastomer shock-absorbing pads integrated into the handle dramatically reduces the transmission of stress to the operator's arms.
