The Airtec Mod. 557/K pneumatic saw/filer kit is a versatile and compact compressed air power tool designed by Airtec Srl to perform combined cutting, filing, adjustment and precision deburring operations on moulds, metals and plastics.

  • 2-in-1 Combined Saw/Filer Function: multifunction tool designed for use with both cutting blades and quick-fit files (max. shank 4 mm / 1/4" and 10 mm stop stroke).
  • Pneumatic Motor with 5,000 Strokes/min and Low Consumption (2.0 l/sec): develops an idle stroke rate of 5,000 strokes per minute at 6.2 bar of pressure with extremely low average air consumption.
  • Ergonomic and Balanced Structure (1.10 kg): 249 mm long linear body covered with heat-insulating handle for optimal control during workshop work.
  • Complete Set in Case Included: Supplied as standard in a hard case including 5 assorted files, 5 bi-metal blades for aluminium with 24 teeth (24T) and 5 blades for steel with 32 teeth (32T).

The Airtec Mod. 557/K compressed air saw and filing kit (Code 16300007) represents the complete professional solution for model makers, mould makers, body shop workers and mechanical maintenance workers who need a high precision tool for finishing edges, slots and complex profiles. The dual functionality allows you to quickly switch from cutting sheet metal and profiles to precision filing by simply replacing the tool on the blade holder spindle. .

The tool operates at a recommended pressure of 6.2 bar via a 1/4" BSPT air inlet connection and a 10 mm internal diameter hose, recording an average air consumption of just 2.0 liters per second. The extensive equipment supplied in the carrying case ensures immediate operation for any type of finish on metal alloys and synthetic materials.
