The Airtec Mod. 554 pneumatic jigsaw (Code 16300003) is the ideal tool for body shop technicians, installers, and carpenters who need a fast, easy-to-handle, and safe cutting tool for profiles and sheet metal. The contoured metal frame with anti-start safety lever ensures maximum control when making straight and curved cuts.

The tool operates at a recommended pressure of 6.2 bar via a 1/4" BSPT air connection and requires an internal supply hose of only 6 mm. The extremely low average air consumption (2.9 litres per second) allows it to be easily used even with portable construction site compressors [1, 2]. The standard equipment includes the 32T fine-toothed blade for steel sheets and the 24T blade for light alloys and aluminium, with the optional 18T blade available for increased thicknesses.
