Technical Features and Performance of the Airtec Mod. 610 Screwdriver

The Airtec Mod. 610 straight pneumatic screwdriver (Code 12302020) is an industrial-grade tightening solution developed by Airtec Srl to prevent overtightening or thread stripping on electrical components, household appliances, automotive parts, and small metal or plastic parts. Thanks to the highly sensitive shut-off control system, the air flow is interrupted immediately as soon as the clutch engages.

Operating at a no-load speed of 650 rpm at 6.2 bar pressure with an average air consumption of just 7 litres per second, the machine stands out for its low vibration level (< 2.5 m/s²) and a featherweight of just 0.6 kg. The standard 1/4" E hexagonal tool holder and the integrated balancing suspension hook make the 610 model the ideal tool for fixed workstations and in-line operations.
