Technical Features and Performance of the Airtec Mod. 210 Needle Scaler

The Airtec Mod. 210 straight pneumatic needle scaler is the ideal tool for shipyards, mechanical workshops, carpenters, and industrial maintenance applications where it is necessary to operate in line with the surface being treated. With an increased impact power of 8.0 Joules and a 375 mm body length, it allows you to reach recessed spots or acute angles that are impossible to treat with pistol-type tools.

The 19 3 mm hardened steel needles operate at 3,000 strokes per minute, instantly shattering rust crusts, paint, plaster, and casting residue without damaging the underlying metal. The adjustable sleeve on the tool head allows the needle bundle to be guided, varying its protrusion to vary from an aggressive and rigid action to a more delicate action on shaped sheet metal.
