The Telesch DS 030 N pneumatic finger sander is a precision oscillating mini sander designed to remove drips, dirt, and small paint defects in body shops and for sanding details and shutters in carpentry. Compared to manual sanding, it significantly reduces the depth of grooves and restores the surface's original shine with a simple pass.

  • Speed regulation: develops a speed up to 15,000–16,000 rpm with adjustable speed to adapt the sanding to the type of paint being treated.
  • Versatile accessories included: supplied with pad holder arm, Velstick plates (20x40 mm and 15x60 mm) and pads for self-adhesive discs Ø 30 mm (M8 thread) and Velstick Ø 38 mm.
  • Excellent maneuverability and low weight: net weight between 850 g (with arm) and 1,100 g, for prolonged use without fatigue.
  • Low vibration and quiet operation: low vibration levels (< 2.5 m/s²) and low sound pressure levels (< 85 dB) for high operating comfort.

Developed by FAED Srl under the Telesch brand, the DS 030 N pneumatic mini sander is an indispensable tool in body shop and carpentry finishing departments for spot-fixing paint imperfections and contoured surfaces. The option of mounting rectangular contoured plates or circular pads makes the tool extremely flexible for corners and hard-to-reach areas.

Main Applications and Performance

  • Bodywork and Painting Finishing: ideal for eliminating drips and small defects, avoiding the need to sand or polish entire bodywork sections.
  • Carpentry and Detail Work: Perfect for sanding shutters, grooves and wooden profiles.
  • Double Support Configuration: allows you to alternate the round pad holder arm (Ø 30 mm self-adhesive and Ø 38 mm Velstick) with the 20x40 mm and 15x60 mm Velstick flat plates.
