The kit combines the high-precision JBM 54970 digital wheel balancer with foot brake and laser pointer and the JBM 54964 automatic tire changer with tilting column and 360° auxiliary arm .

  • Advanced Digital Wheel Balancer 54970 (200W): equipped with laser pointer for the exact position of adhesive weights, electromagnetic foot brake, automatic positioning of the unbalance and automatic measurement of distance and diameter.
  • Automatic Tyre Changer 54964 (220V): equipped with pneumatically controlled tilting column, rotation torque of 1078 Nm, internal clamping up to 24" and working pressure 8-10 bar.

Superior wheel balancing machine designed to speed up and automate every stage of wheel balancing, particularly suitable for premium alloy wheels and adhesive weights.

  • Laser Pointer and Electromagnetic Brake: the pedal activates the electromagnetic brake, automatically positioning the imbalance points, while the laser indicates the exact point of application of the counterweights.
  • Automatic Measurement: Accelerated data entry thanks to automatic detection of distance, diameter and width of the rim.
  • Advanced functions: ALU-S, ALU-1/2/3, Normal, SPLIT programs, OPT optimization and hidden weight function behind the spokes.
  • Working specifications: accuracy ±1g, cycle time of only 8 seconds on wheels up to 65kg and diameter from 10" to 24".
