Maximum Mechanical Effectiveness in 4 Simple Steps
The kit works by using the controlled deformation of specially shaped blades and linear impact action to disengage the stuck coupling:
- Precision centering: One of the two centering punches (of different sizes) is selected to prepare the intervention axis on the bolt head.
- Geometric coupling: One of the three special bilaterally shaped blades is positioned, which copy and notch the imprint (both internal and external) of the safety bolt to be extracted.
- Impact Release: Using the heavy-duty impact screwdriver included in the set, you convert the energy of the hammer blow into a powerful combined torsional thrust that unlocks the lock bolt.
- Final removal: Using the supplied pin punch, the extracted blade and bolt are quickly ejected.
