The BGS 8637 tire bead inserter (distributed by Fermec) is an essential tool for easily fitting tires onto rims. Thanks to its special geometric design, it holds the tire bead securely under the rim flange when installing new tires, preventing the tire from riding up or slipping.

The BGS 8637 special support eliminates this problem at the source, acting as a stable support and stop that guides the tire into the wheel well in a smooth and controlled manner.

Solid Metal Core and Scratch-Resistant PVC Coating

The tool combines maximum mechanical strength with the delicacy required on the most precious surfaces:

  • Solid Metal Core: Provides the structural rigidity needed to tolerate the heavy pressures exerted by large or bead-reinforced tires (such as SUVs or trucks).
  • Protective PVC Shell: The entire contact surface that rests against the wheel edge is coated in soft PVC. This material ensures that rubbing won't damage or chip the surface finish of diamond-cut or painted aluminum rims.
  • High Visibility in the Workshop: The bright yellow color of the outer layer was chosen to make the tool immediately identifiable on the workbench or near the tire changer, reducing search times and optimizing workshop order.
