The patented BGS 8766 set solves this problem at the source, allowing you to remove the damaged valve and insert a new one directly from the outside in less than 5 minutes .

How Does the External Replacement System Work?

The set consists of specialized tools designed to work in synergy and ensure maximum air tightness of the new valve:

  • Precision Extractor: A threaded tool with a hook that is inserted into the body of the old valve to hook it and safely pull it outwards, freeing the seat on the rim.
  • Insertion Tool (Shaft and Cone): Consisting of a self-centering guide cone and a push rod (mounting shaft) The cone is placed on the rim hole; by pushing the new lubricated valve through the cone with the help of the rod, it temporarily shrinks and then expands and fits perfectly into its original, watertight seat.
