The Telwin Supermig 505i XD Pulse Pack Aqua + Cart (code 816853) is the definitive 400A inverter welding system for Industry 4.0. This "all-inclusive" configuration integrates the power of the WAVE OS operating system with the efficiency of the GRA 2700 water cooling unit, allowing continuous work cycles (eXtra Duty) even in the most demanding conditions. Complete with external 4-roller wire feed unit, cooled torch and Federal cart , it offers total control over MIG-MAG (pulsed and POP), MMA and TIG processes, guaranteeing millimetric precision on aluminum, stainless steel and special steels.

The 816853 system is a three-phase inverter welding station designed to excel in any industrial environment. Thanks to XD (eXtra Duty) technology, the machine is certified for a high duty cycle (400A @ 60%), ideal for heavy carpentry, shipyards and intensive production lines.

WAVE OS Operating System and Pulsed Welding

  • WAVE OS: An advanced interface that transforms welding into a customizable experience. It includes EASY (immediate synergic adjustment) and EXPERT (control of 18 advanced parameters) modes. Data can be exported via USB for quality control.
  • Pulsed and POP (Pulse on Pulse): Ideal for heat-sensitive materials, they reduce spatter and guarantee weld seams with an aesthetic comparable to TIG, dramatically increasing productivity.
  • Advanced Thermal Control (ATC): Telwin technology that facilitates welding on thin thicknesses (0.5-0.8 mm) preventing material deformations.
