The Airtec Mod. 252 90° mini pneumatic angle grinder (Code 13200052) is an ultra-compact professional compressed air tool designed for milling, deburring, and finishing operations in confined spaces. Thanks to its 90° angled head, 0.22 kW pneumatic motor, and 20,000 rpm speed, it ensures high precision even in areas where straight tools cannot reach.

  • Extremely compact 90° angle head: overall length of 160 mm and weight of only 0.60 kg for maximum handling in corners and internal cavities.
  • Tool holder collet Ø 3 - 6 mm: suitable for the use of pin grinders and rotary cutters with both 3 mm and 6 mm shank.

The 90° angle drive combined with its lightweight 600-gram weight allows you to finish weld seams and molds with minimal effort.

Ergonomics, Adjustability and Low Vibration

  • Integrated Flow Regulation: The air pressure regulator positioned on the body allows you to calibrate the rotation speed based on the sensitivity of the material being worked.
  • Comfort and Silence: It develops a very low vibration level (< 2.5 m/s²) and has a sound pressure of only 83 dB(A) to protect the operator during prolonged sessions.
  • Silencer Tube Preparation: The optional silencer tube Airtec Mod. AC 8 can be connected for even quieter air venting.

Air Supply Specifications

The tool operates at a recommended operating pressure of 6.2 bar with an average air consumption of 8.8 l/sec (approximately 528 l/min). It features a 1/4" BSPT swivel thread connection and requires a hose with a recommended internal diameter of 10 mm.
