The unicraft SSK 3.1 model was developed to offer superior performance in cleaning complex mechanical parts such as crankcases, cylinder heads, and crowns. Thanks to its 360-liter internal volume and the ability to use various abrasive materials (quartz, glass microspheres, or plastic), this machine guarantees versatility and excellent results on all types of metal surfaces.

Technical Features and Ergonomics

• Easy Access: The large pneumatic front hood design allows you to easily insert and position even bulky pieces on the sturdy internal support surface.
• Advanced Control: The trigger-free gun allows for less tiring work, with the activation of the air jet managed directly via a convenient pedal control .
• Visibility and Safety: The work area is protected by hermetic seals and features a safety window with replaceable protective film. Lighting is provided by two 230V lamps housed in separate protective casings.
• Constant Monitoring: An integrated pressure gauge allows fine adjustment and immediate display of the operating pressure.

Versatility of Use

The SSK 3.1 supports abrasive cores with grit sizes from 0.125 to 0.42 mm, making it suitable for both aggressive blasting and delicate surface finishes on non-ferrous materials.
