The Proxxon aluminum oxide (corundum) grinding wheels and discs are designed for grinding, deburring and finishing steel , cast iron and non-ferrous metals . Thanks to their hardness and stability, they are also suitable for small operations on high-speed steels (HSS) .

The range includes variously shaped grinding wheels and reinforced abrasive discs for light cutting, as well as non-woven discs for fine deburring. All tools have a 2.35 mm shank , compatible with Micromot rotary tools.

  • Use high speeds for good abrasive performance.
  • Apply light pressure: it is the abrasive that has to do the work.
  • Wear eye protection when cutting.
  • For maximum precision, use Micromot 28940 collets .
