PROXXON WOLFRAM CARBIDE NEEDLE RASPS

Proxxon tungsten carbide needle-tip rasp cutters are designed for fast, controlled removal of non-metallic materials such as wood, fiberglass, rubber, foam, and silicone.

The special micro-needle surface prevents clogging and ensures a long operating life. Equipped with a 3.2 mm shank , they are compatible with all Micromot rotary tools. Not suitable for metalworking.

Quick and Clean Removal on Non-Metallic Materials

The Proxxon tungsten carbide rasp cutters are specifically designed for shaping and roughing out fibrous or elastic materials. The fine-tipped surface ensures effective, clog-free cutting, even on resinous wood, fiberglass, or rubber.

Technical Features

  • Workable materials: wood, fiberglass, rubber, foam rubber, silicone.
  • 3.2mm shank: compatible with all Micromot rotary tools.
  • Smooth removal: the micro-needle geometry prevents residue accumulation.
  • Long lasting: Tungsten carbide ensures wear resistance.
  • Easy maintenance: residues can be removed by burning them with a flame.

Available Range

  • 29060 – Cylindrical with round head (7.5 × 12 mm): for flat surfaces and soft connections.
  • 29062 – Conical (8 × 12 mm): ideal for cavities, internal corners and tapered profiles.
  • 29064 – Needle (4 × 19 mm): for fine details, grooves and hard-to-reach places.

Note: These cutters are not suitable for metalworking.
