Technological Innovation and Functionality

• Adjustable Head (Patent Proxxon): The upper part of the blade holder can be adjusted to three positions. This allows you to use different portions of the blade by shortening it, increasing its life by a factor of three, or to work with short blades for even greater precision.
• Motor and Transmission: Equipped with a long-lasting and quiet 85W DC motor with toothed belt transmission for constant torque.
• Full Wave Electronics: Electronic stroke rate adjustment allows you to adapt the cutting speed to the hardness of the material, ensuring clean edges on any surface.
• Worktop: Made of ground die-cast aluminum (160 x 160 mm), it offers a perfectly flat support base for smooth guidance of the workpiece.

Cutting and Cleaning Capacity

The tool boasts a 300 mm reach and excellent performance on various thicknesses:

• Softwood: up to 40 mm; Hardwood: up to 10 mm.
• Plastics and PCBs: up to approximately 4 mm.

Customize your DS 230/E scroll saw with Super-Cut blades made of special hardened steel, designed to ensure high cutting capacity and a long operating life:

• Blades for wood and plastic (codes 28116, 28117, 28118): Standard version without cross pin, ideal for softwood, hardwood, plastics, and plexiglass. Available with coarse (13 teeth), normal (17 teeth), or fine (19 teeth) teeth on 25 mm.
• Blade for hard materials (code 28119): characterised by opposing teeth (11 teeth on 25 mm), it is specific for cutting difficult materials such as iron and Pertinax.
• High precision finishing blades (code 28112, 28113, 28114): designed for extremely thin and clean cuts, they offer dense teeth of 35, 40 or as many as 47 teeth (No. 1) on 25 mm for the most detailed jobs.
