The MP 400 MICRO-profiler was designed to offer maximum precision in profiling edges and longitudinal cuts. It is the tool of choice for producing frames and finishing model parts, such as doors, hatches, and case components.

High-End Construction Features

  • Powerful and Quiet: The motor is dust-proof and drives the axle via a toothed belt , ensuring consistent power transmission. The axle is mounted on a double ball bearing to eliminate vibration.
  • Micrometric Precision: The height adjustment of the cutter is done via a handwheel with a resettable graduated ring: one complete turn corresponds to 1 mm , while each single notch represents an advancement of 0.05 mm .
  • Worktable: The aluminum table is extremely stable and includes a longitudinal fence and a protractor fence , as well as a safety guard for the cutter.

Cleaning and Accessories

The MP 400 features an integrated suction channel with nozzle, compatible with any household vacuum cleaner, to ensure a working environment free from chips and fine dust.
