The L4 HL-VIS-301 (Part Number 4933479768) is a USB rechargeable headlamp designed specifically for helmet use, part of the versatile **REDLITHIUM™ USB** platform.

Lighting and Safety Performance:

  • Brightness: Delivers **600 lumens** of high-definition illumination thanks to **TRUEVIEW™** technology.
  • Rear Safety Light: It is equipped with a rear safety light, which can be **steady or flashing**. This crucial function ensures the operator's visibility up to **400 m away**.
  • Beam Distance: The maximum distance of the light beam reaches **125 meters**.
  • Light Output Modes (lumens): The maximum light output is divided into different modes: Hybrid Spot/Flood (600 L), High Flood (400 L), Medium Flood (200 L), Low Flood (25 L) and High Spot (400 L) [6]. The maximum lumen output is 600.

The lamp has been specifically designed to withstand the most adverse conditions, on and off the construction site [7, 8], and is ideal for road, tunnel or underground work.

  • Attachment: The tool includes a **fixing clip** and a **rubberized nylon** band for use exclusively with the helmet.

The device uses the removable REDLITHIUM™ USB rechargeable system.

  • Battery: Powered by a removable **REDLITHIUM™** USB battery (Li-ion type, 4V). Kit (L4 HL-VIS-301) includes a **3.0 Ah** L4 B3 battery.
  • Charging: The battery is rechargeable via **micro-USB**, and the USB cable is included in the package [5-7]. The lamp also has a charge level indicator.
  • Runtime: Offers multiple modes of use, with up to **20 hours** of run time. Maximum run time with the L4 B3 battery varies depending on the mode selected (e.g., 2.5 hours, 4.5 hours, 8.5 hours, 22 hours, or 4.5 hours). A single REDLITHIUM™ USB battery can provide more than 8 hours of run time per charge, replacing up to 6,000 AAA alkaline batteries.
  • Kit Contents: The L4 HL-VIS-301 model comes with 1 L4 B3 battery pack and USB cable, in a transparent package.
