Zeca 670607 Dataflux 67 Series Cable Reel

The Dataflux 670607 Cable Reel is part of Zeca's 67 Series , a range of products designed for signal transmission in harsh operating conditions. This cable reel is designed to optimize safety and efficiency, reducing trip hazards and cable damage in professional environments.

Main Technical Features:

  • Series: Dataflux Series 67.
  • Cable Composition: Cable with 6 conductors of 0.75 mm² each.
  • Cable Length: 20 meters, with 2 meters of input cable.
  • Cable Type: Made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). The cable features a highly flexible PUR/TPE blend outer jacket that is resistant to abrasion, oils, and coolants. It is free of silicone, halogens (compliant with EN 50267-2-1), and lead (compliant with 2011/65/EU ROHS-II). The conductors are bundled and stranded with short pitches, optimized for superior torsional strength, making it ideal for dynamic installations.
  • Degree of Protection (IP): IP65 , ensuring complete protection against dust and against powerful jets of water from any direction.
  • Dataflux Collector: Includes a special collector with 6, 12, or 24 tracks, a maximum current rating of 2A, and a maximum voltage of 48V. The gold alloy rings and brushes ensure extremely high reliability and durability with very low friction. The dielectric strength is 500 VAC at 60 Hz, the insulation resistance is >1000 MΩ/500 VDC, and the noise is less than 100 mΩ. 1 GHz bandwidth.
