Zeca 470607 Dataflux Series 47 Cable Reel

The Dataflux 470607 cable reel is part of Zeca's 47 Series and offers an optimal solution for signal transmission , particularly suitable for maintaining order and safety in professional environments. Its design aims to prevent cable clutter and potential damage resulting from intensive use.

Main Technical Features:

  • Series: Dataflux Series 47.
  • Cable Composition: Cable with 6 conductors of 0.75 mm² each.
  • Cable Length: 15 meters, with 1 meter of input cable.
  • Cable Type: Made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). The cable features an external PUR/TPE blend that makes it highly flexible and resistant to abrasion, oils, and coolants. It is silicone-free, halogen-free (compliant with EN 50267-2-1), and lead-free (compliant with 2011/65/EU ROHS-II). The conductors are bundled, stranded with short pitches, and optimized for excellent torsional strength, ideal for dynamic installation.
  • Degree of Protection (IP): IP42 , providing protection against solid objects greater than 1 mm and against falling drops of water at a maximum inclination of 15°.
  • Dataflux Collector: Equipped with a special collector with 6, 12, or 24 tracks, a maximum current rating of 2A and a maximum voltage of 48V. The rings and brushes are made of gold alloy, ensuring high reliability, durability, and very low friction. The dielectric strength is 500 VAC at 60 Hz, the insulation resistance is >1000 MΩ/500 VDC, and the noise is less than 100 mΩ. Bandwidth of 1 GHz.
  • Atex: This model is not Atex.
  • Cable Diameter: 8mm.
