The Dataflux 670505C Cable Reel , part of the 67 Series , was developed to provide a stable and secure data connection even in the most critical work environments. This model is designed to improve order, safety and productivity, minimising the risks associated with messy or damaged cables.

Main Technical Features:

• Series: Dataflux Series 67.
• Cable Composition: Cable with (5 x 0.5) conductors.
• Cable Length: 20 meters, with 2 meters of input cable.
• Cable Type: Made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). The cable boasts an external PUR/TPE blend that makes it extremely flexible and resistant to abrasion, oils, and coolants. It is also silicone-free, halogen-free (compliant with EN 50267-2-1), and lead-free (compliant with 2011/65/EU ROHS-II). The conductors are bundled, stranded with short pitches, and optimized for excellent torsional strength, ideal for dynamic installations.
• Degree of Protection (IP): IP65 , which indicates complete protection against the ingress of dust and against powerful jets of water from any direction.
• Dataflux Collector: Equipped with a special collector with 6, 12, or 24 tracks, a maximum current rating of 2A, and a maximum voltage of 48V. The rings and brushes are gold alloy, ensuring exceptional reliability and durability, with extremely low friction. The collector has a dielectric strength of 500 VAC at 60 Hz, insulation resistance >1000 MΩ/500 VDC, and noise less than 100 mΩ. The bandwidth is 1 GHz.
