Zeca 470505C Dataflux 47 Series Cable Reel

The Dataflux 470505C Cable Reel is a key component of Zeca's 47 Series , specifically developed for signal transmission in industrial and automation settings. This cable reel helps create a tidier, safer, and more efficient work environment by reducing tripping hazards, clutter, and cable damage.

Main Technical Features:

  • Series: Dataflux Series 47.
  • Cable Composition: Cable with (5 x 0.5) conductors.
  • Cable Length: 12 meters, with 1 meter of input cable.
  • Cable Type: Made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). The cable is specially formulated with a PUR/TPE blend that is flexible, abrasion, oil, and coolant resistant, silicone- and halogen-free (EN 50267-2-1 compliant), and lead-free (2011/65/EU ROHS-II compliant). The conductors are bundled and stranded in short strands for excellent torsional resistance, making it suitable for dynamic installation.
  • Degree of Protection (IP): IP42 , indicating protection against solid objects greater than 1 mm and against falling drops of water at a maximum inclination of 15°.
  • Dataflux Collector: Equipped with a special collector with 6, 12, or 24 tracks, a maximum current rating of 2A, and a maximum voltage of 48V. The rings and brushes are made of gold alloy, ensuring high reliability, durability, and very low friction torque. It has a dielectric strength of 500 VAC at 60 Hz, an insulation resistance of >1000 MΩ/500 VDC, and a noise level of less than 100 mΩ at 6 VDC and 50 mA. Its bandwidth is 1 GHz.
  • Atex: This model is not Atex.
  • Cable Diameter: 7.5mm.
