The 1900M Series from Beta Tools includes high-quality automatic hose reels, ideal for applications requiring neat and safe management of compressed air or cold water hoses. These devices are manufactured and tested according to current European Union standards and are covered by a warranty.

Main Features and Operation

  • Automatic Mechanism: The 1900M model features an automatic winding mechanism for easy use and to keep your work area tidy.
  • Extraction and Locking: The tube is removed manually and smoothly. Locking occurs via a spring-loaded ratchet that activates at specific points, making a mechanical noise, holding the tube in place.
  • Guided Rewinding: A light pull releases the ratchet, allowing for automatic, guided rewinding of the hose.
  • Retraction Limiter: A retraction limiter stops the hose from rolling up completely.
  • Deactivating the Lock: The automatic stop system can be deactivated by unscrewing the side cover screws and releasing the ratchet spring (this operation must be carried out with the hose fully rewound).
  • Fixing: Installation requires the metal swivel bracket to be securely attached to a wall or solid structure, ensuring proper load retention. Periodic anchoring checks are recommended.
  • Filtration System: It is recommended to connect the hose reel to a compressed air supply system with a solid particle filter system.

The 1900M automatic hose reel can also be used outdoors, but it is essential to avoid direct exposure to weather or sunlight. It is vitally important to read the instruction manual completely before using the hose reel to avoid serious injury.

WARNING - Operations NOT permitted:

  • Use with combustible “liquid and/or gas” substances.
  • Use with corrosive substances.
  • Use with fluids at temperatures higher than those indicated in the "Technical Data" table.
  • Use of the flexible hose for hooking and dragging material.
  • Modifications to the automatic hose reel.
  • Hose reel overload.
  • Do not direct compressed air or fluid at people or animals.

For personal safety , we recommend maximum attention and always wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) :

  • Protective glasses .
  • Heat-resistant protective gloves .
  • Protective mask for physical agents .
