Main Features and Operation

  • Automatic Mechanism: The Art. 1900S 8x10 model stands out for its automatic winding mechanism that simplifies use and keeps the work area tidy.
  • Easy Pull: Allows for smooth, controlled tube pull; simply pull the tube to the desired length.
  • Secure Locking: The automatic locking system, activated by an audible spring ratchet (perceptible with a mechanical noise), holds the hose in place.
  • Guided Rewinding: To rewind, a light pull releases the mechanism, allowing the hose to retract in an assisted and safe manner.
  • Retraction Limiter: It is equipped with a retraction limiter that stops the hose from rolling up completely.
  • Lock Deactivation: It is possible to deactivate the automatic stop system for specific needs, an operation to be carried out with the hose fully rewound.
  • Sturdy Fixing: Installation is done by firmly fixing the metal swivel bracket to a wall or solid structure, ensuring the load is held securely.
  • Filtration System: It is advisable to connect the hose reel to a compressed air supply system with a solid particle filtration system.

  • Use with combustible “liquid and/or gas” substances.
  • Use with corrosive substances.
  • Use with fluids at temperatures higher than those indicated in the "Technical Data" table.
  • Use of the flexible hose for hooking and dragging material.
  • Modifications to the automatic hose reel.
  • Hose reel overload.
  • Do not direct compressed air or fluid at people or animals.

For personal safety , we recommend maximum attention and always wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE):
