The Force 165 is a direct current (DC) MMA electrode inverter welder that embodies Telwin's reliability and 100% Made in Italy construction quality. Designed to be extremely lightweight and compact , it guarantees exceptional welding current stability, making operation smooth even in the presence of mains voltage fluctuations.

Arc Control and Safety

To make work easier even for less experienced users, the machine integrates advanced electronic devices:

• Arc Force: Optimizes the transfer of material droplets to avoid arc extinction.
• Hot Start: Ensures quick and safe ignition by providing an initial surge.
• Anti-Stick: intervenes if the electrode sticks, allowing it to be removed without damaging the piece.

Safety is guaranteed by multiple protections: thermostatic, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent. Furthermore, it is perfectly compatible with motor generators (230V +/- 15%).

LION Automatic Mask: High-Tech Protection

The strong point of this package is the LION mask, a fast auto-darkening helmet (0.4ms). Certified in Optical Class 1/1/1/2 , it has 2 sensors and a DIN 11 darkening degree. It is the ideal tool not only for electrode welding, but also for MIG-MAG and TIG processes (with currents above 5A).
