TT163 Ceramic Lubricant: High Performance Mineral Grease

SYSTEM TT163 (Code 41632) is a special mineral grease formulated by arexons, ideal for lubricating all mechanisms requiring a superior lubricant. It is part of the 'System' line of professional technical sprays.

Composition and Advantages of Ceramic Technology:

This product is composed of a high performance mineral grease based on an aluminium complex, added with solid ceramic lubricants.

Ceramic additives significantly improve performance:

  • They enhance the lubricating power and reduce the friction coefficient.
  • They increase the high load resistance.
  • They improve anti-wear properties.

The aluminum complex, on the other hand, provides high temperature resistance, increases water-repellent power and improves corrosion resistance.

Fields of Application:

The TT163 lubricant is specifically used in the industrial and nautical sectors for the lubrication of:

  • O-rings and flat gaskets.
  • Bearings and gears.

Additional Technical Specifications:

  • Appearance/Color: Smooth, Straw-colored.
  • NLGI Grade: 2.
  • Dropping Point: 265°C.
  • Operating Temperature: From -30 °C to +170 °C.
  • Directions for use: Shake the can well before use and spray from a distance of 15-30 cm.

Safety Warnings (Aerosol):

Please note that the product is an Highly flammable aerosol (H222) and the container is pressurized and may explode if heated (H229). It is extremely flammable, causes skin irritation (H315) and serious eye irritation (H319), and may cause drowsiness or dizziness (H336). Do not spray on an open flame or any source of ignition.
