The Airtec Mod. 533 random orbital palm sander is an extremely light and ergonomic professional pneumatic power tool, ideal for sanding, finishing and surface preparation operations in bodywork, carpentry and industry.

  • Ultra-Light Composite Body (only 0.8 kg): 215 mm long anti-vibration composite structure that ensures maximum handling and eliminates operator fatigue.
  • Velcro backing pad Ø 150 mm (6 holes) and 5 mm orbit: 150 mm disc diameter with 5 mm orbit stroke for uniform removal and excellent finishing quality.
  • 12,000 RPM (0.19 kW) Air Motor: develops a no-load speed of 12,000 RPM at 6.2 bar pressure with a low average air consumption of just 5.8 l/sec.

The low-profile palm design, combined with the composite rubber body and 8 mm air hose connection (6.2 bar operating pressure), ensures extremely low vibration levels (< 2.5 m/s²) and low operating noise (76 dB). The 6-hole hook-and-loop backing pad facilitates quick disc changes while also allowing effective extraction of spherical dust.
