The absorbent pillows of the OIL ONLY ULTRA series are made of polypropylene fiber. Excellent for use in cases of large spills or substantial losses of oils, hydrocarbons, paints and solvents. Excellent because they optimize these operations allowing a considerable cost saving both in terms of material to be used and disposal costs. This is because they have a high absorbent power so the quantity to be used, compared to an alternative product, is decidedly lower.
The OIL ONLY ULTRA cushions are used both on the ground and on the water. Being a water repellent product, it absorbs only the spilled oil.
An advantage offered by airbank absorbent pillows is that they are reusable until completely saturated, so they do not waste even if you have to use them on a small spill.
The use is very simple: cover the spill with the absorbent pillow and let it act. The high absorbency will solve the situation quickly. For disposal, follow the indications of the Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments: they must be managed and codified (CER code) as waste based on the substance they have adsorbed. Using this solution, disposal costs are reduced by 30% because you just need to use less material to get the area cleared.
