The fields of application for the 8400 series hose reels are the most diverse thanks to the wide variety of fluids for which they are designed.
Fields of application: refueling, aviation, military, nautical, mining, construction, agriculture, chemical, auto repair, industry, car washes, industrial cleaning, food industries and large kitchens.
Fluids: air, high pressure water, hot water, oil, diesel, Ad Blue.
For each type of fluid, Zeca offers a specific 8400 hose reel. Hose reels differ by hose type, inlet and outlet connections, and above all, by the type of fluid, pressure, and operating temperature they support.
THE 8412 HOSE REEL IS FOR THE PASSAGE OF AIR AND WATER AT 20 BAR
The 8400 Zeca series hose reels are equipped with an automatic stop system to ensure the hose is unrolled to the desired length. The hose stopper is designed to be removable if production requirements require it. To facilitate use of the hose reel, the roller mouth can be positioned in different configurations: hose winding and unwinding are always quick and easy. The hose stopper can also be adjusted, while the rewind spring is made with Maximo process technology.
For added durability, the mounting bracket is made of epoxy powder-coated steel. The bracket itself is swiveling for easier installation and use of the hose reel. The joint is standard. The outlet fitting is brass/steel, and the screws are steel.
