The Zeca Art. 4325 industrial cable reel (part of the 4000 Industrial Series) is a high-performance, self-winding power supply system designed by Zeca SpA for workshops, construction sites, and industrial plants. Equipped with a total of 10 meters of 2.5 mm² three-wire cable, it can handle high current flows while keeping the workstation tidy and safe.

  • 10 metres of PVC cable (3G2.5 mm²): consisting of 9 m of cable wound on an internal reel plus 1 m of free power section with a 2.5 mm² cross-section and an external diameter of 10 mm.
  • Electrical capacity up to 2.5 kW with thermal circuit breaker: guarantees a power of 1.9 kW (8.26 A) with the cable wound and 2.5 kW (10.86 A) with the cable fully unwound at 230V, with integrated thermal protector against overloads.
  • Shockproof Structure with Rack Stop: rigid body in shock-resistant plastic with roller cable guide mouth and stop device that can be disengaged every 50 cm.
  • IP42 Protection Rating and 2.5 kV Insulation: patented Zeca electrical collector with sliding brushes and double earth contact for optimal conduction continuity.

Technical Features and Performance of the Zeca Industrial Cable Reel Art. 4325

The Zeca Art. 4325 automatic cable reel for industrial use is the standard version with 2.5 mm² PVC cable of the 4000 Zeca Series. Designed to withstand continuous power consumption of up to 2.5 kW with the cable fully unwound, it is the ideal tool for powering power tools, machinery and professional equipment in production and maintenance departments.

The cable rewinds smoothly thanks to the high-resistance internal spring, guided by a roller mouth that reduces mechanical wear. The rack-and-pinion locking mechanism stops the cable from sliding at the desired length and can be easily disabled if continuous cable tension is preferred. The built-in thermal circuit breaker protects the system and the operator by interrupting power in the event of overheating.
