The Scotch-Brite™ RD-ZB disc (ID 7100138324) represents the most advanced solution for metal surface conditioning. Designed with molded bristles rich in ceramic abrasive, this disc allows you to complete cleaning and finishing operations in less time and with maximum operational safety.

Advantages and Technical Features

  • 3M™ Ceramic Grain: Uses a ceramic aluminum oxide blend that fractures frequently during use, restoring consistently sharp tips for faster cutting than standard abrasives.
  • Flexible Bristles (Type A): Angled bristles allow you to easily reach undercuts and difficult-to-reach areas, maintaining a larger contact surface than metal filaments.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Being free of metal filaments, it eliminates the risk of injury caused by loosened filaments. The open structure of the bristles is resistant to clogging (loading), maintaining consistent performance even on soft surfaces.
  • Heat Management: Develops very little heat during operation, protecting sensitive metals from discoloration or structural damage.
