Balancer for large loads. Rely on siraflex experience for important loads. On this range it becomes essential to use a balancer that reduces operator fatigue. In this way the same can proceed without needing to stop often, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

Type C balancers are equipped with a metal body and a steel cable. Furthermore, since it is a large capacity balancer, it is equipped with a safety device against spring breakage.

Both the cable stroke and the spring load can be adjusted.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

Each balancer has a hole on the body for inspection to evaluate the internal condition.

There is a manual safety stop at the base of the structure, on the side where the cable starts, in addition to the safety device. A cable clamp is supplied as an option.

The load regulator + with 36 teeth.

The cable, in the 3 large load models ( FLEX-90 , FLEX-105, FLEX-120 ) is 2.1 meters long, a measure designed to ensure maximum safety during use. the balancer is also equipped with a guide for inserting the cable, to facilitate commissioning operations.

The hook for hanging the balancer is 360 degree rotating and the hook is floating.
