Cubitron II is a special mineral developed and patented by 3M that offers fast and precise cutting. T41 blades are highly efficient and long-lasting, the best in the Cubitron II range in terms of both cutting performance and durability. Improve productivity by using T41 cutting blades.

3M™ Cubitron™ II is the generation that introduced the microreplicated PSG ceramic grain, revolutionising the way metals are cut and ground.

It is ideal for metal steelwork, industrial maintenance, welding and work on carbon steel, stainless and structural steels.

The range includes cut-off discs, fibre discs, flap discs, grinding discs and dedicated 3M ribbed backing pads.

Compared to traditional ceramic abrasives, Cubitron™ II ensures cooler cutting, less friction and a significantly longer service life.

Professionals choose it for consistent machining speed and an extremely competitive cost per piece.

Mistake to avoid: applying too much pressure, because the grain should not “plough” the workpiece but cut it cleanly.
