Automatic spring-loaded cable reel extension with 15 m of 3G1.5 mm² PVC cable and thermal protector Zeca Series 4000 Art. 4315.

The Zeca extension cable reel, item 4315 (part of the 4000 Extension Series, yellow version) is a compact and reliable self-winding power supply, ideal for keeping work areas tidy in workshops, laboratories, and industrial facilities. It comes with 15 meters of 1.5 mm² three-wire PVC cable.

  • 15 metres of PVC cable (3G1.5 mm²): consisting of 14 m of rewindable cable on an internal reel plus 1 m of free power section with a 1.5 mm² cross-section.
  • Free Output Cable (Wired Version): supplied without sockets and plugs to allow direct connection to fixed users or the installation of specific connectors.
  • Electrical capacity up to 1.8 kW with thermal protector: guarantees a power of 1,200 W with the cable wound and 1,800 W with the cable fully unwound at 230V, with thermal safety circuit breaker against overloads.
  • Yellow Shockproof Structure with Rack Stop: impact-resistant plastic case, with roller cable guide mouth and stop mechanism that can be disengaged every 50 cm.

Technical Features and Performance of the Zeca Cable Reel Extension Art. 4315

The Zeca Art. 4315 automatic cable reel is the classic model with 1.5 mm² PVC cable from the 4000 Extension Series. Designed to provide the user with a flexible and safe power supply at all times, it eliminates the clutter and tripping hazards associated with cables lying on the floor.

The cable is rewound using a highly efficient spring mechanism guided by a roller mouth. The rack-type stop device blocks the cable every 50 cm and can be easily disabled if continuous traction is desired. Electrical conduction is ensured by the patented Zeca collector with double earth contact, while the integrated thermal circuit breaker protects the system and the operator by interrupting the power supply in the event of overheating.
