The cable reel body is made of shock-resistant plastic; the cable reel rotates thanks to a sheet steel mounting bracket. Sliding contacts with a collector ring and brushes facilitate cable movement; the cable retraction movement is supported by a roller cable guide and a high-strength recoil spring. During cable unwinding, a rack-type stop device is available, which can be inserted every 50 centimeters of cable.
