What's special about them?
The Zero series offers respirators with FFP3 protection which result in minimal breathing resistance, on a par with FFP1 . This is the ideal solution for those who have to wear masks for many consecutive hours. How is this possible? This is thanks to the new EOLO® exhalation valve , which makes this mask one of the most comfortable on the market. An ultra-lightweight membrane concentrates exhaled air into two zones of maximum opening, 30% larger than before. With these improvements the respiratory resistance decreases significantly.

This disposable mask is anatomical with a preformed support, comfortable to wear whatever face shape. It is also compatible with glasses and offers a wide field of vision. This aspect is not negligible, because it indicates greater safety.

On the outside, the mask is protected from dirt, dust, liquids and mechanical stresses deriving from normal use of PPE, by the ARMOR® layer . Why does a mask need an external protective layer ? Because in this way its filtering efficiency is preserved and the device remains safe for the entire duration of the work shift.

The bls Zero30 isn't comfortable just because it doesn't make breathing tiring. Even the gasket made with the new soft technical foam improves the sensation of the wearer because it is not aggressive on the skin. An excellent fitting is the feature that makes the difference.

Furthermore, this mask has a moisture vapor transmission ratio through the material of 4500 g/m² in 24 hours. This data indicates that it is a material with high breathability, therefore suitable when worn to face work days involving intense physical activity or in environments with high temperatures .
