The THERMOCUT 230/E is a high-precision benchtop tool designed for cutting polystyrene and expanded foam. Its solid construction and advanced technical features make it ideal for intensive work in architectural and model-making workshops.

Alu-Cobond surface: The worktop (390 x 280 mm) features a special coating that promotes smooth, friction-free sliding of the material.
Printed References: A grid and protractor are printed directly onto the surface for easy positioning and real-time measurements.
Solid aluminum arch: Ensures stability with a 350 mm outreach and a useful height of 140 mm.
Cutting and Adjustment System
Instant Heat Wire: The 0.2mm wire (30m spool included) reaches maximum temperature in less than a second.
Adjustable temperature: The integrated transformer allows you to adjust the wire temperature between 100°C and 200°C , adapting to the thickness and type of material.
