Fixing: the column steel profile is fixed to the floor via a plate very thick, connected to the foundation plate through fixing holes. The special cages for the foundation are equipped with threaded rods, suitable for every type of column.

The jib cranes with arm in the beam it is a solution that offers greater range, is suitable in applications where it is necessary to handle very heavy loads. The cantilever is a horizontal beam constrained at one end only. The connection between the arm section normal steel, and the column takes place by using pins that rotate on bearings. Thanks to the braking device adjustable you can adjust the rotation to the thrust of the arm. The rotation of the arm, covers an area of 270 degrees for the entire length of the arm. Version bump, without tie rods, maximizes the distance between the hook and the floor, as well as optimizing the height available (the greater the stroke of the hook in vertical position).
With the three simple movements you can move loads of considerable weight: lifting with the hook of the lifting unit (chain hoist), translation of the cart along the radial axis of arm rotation and rotation of the arm limited to the radius of the boom. The service area covered is intended for a single workstation.
The limits of application are as indicated on the instruction manual, it is recommended to be limited to the permitted use.
The cranes are very TASTY designed and manufactured in compliance with the Community Directive on Machinery No. 2006/42/EC (in Italy D. Lgs n. 17/2010); they are equipped with the CE marking, the EC declaration of conformity or Manufacturer's Declaration, certificate of testing/Suitability for use and manual instructions for use.
The travelling unit and the lifting unit are not included with the crane: in the supply, therefore, are not included the trolley and hoist. The hoist can be purchased separately, is available for the range of electric hoists type PT PHOLGOR
