- the oxygen concentration is less than 17%
- the contaminants or their concentration are unknown or immediately dangerous to the health or life of the operator
- the concentration of contaminants exceeds 12 x TLV *
- in the presence of toxic or radioactive contaminants
- in the presence of gases and vapors
- in firefighting operations.
* TLV: Threshold Limit Value (= Threshold Limit Value).
HOW TO STORE THE MASKS
The life cycle of the mask is 3 years (unopened). It should be stored at a temperature ranging between -20Â ° C and + 40Â ° C, with a humidity level below 95%.
